Directions to Weston park

Weston Park is situated on the A5 at Weston-under-Lizard, just 30 minutes from Central Birmingham 3 miles off M54, Junction 3 and 8 miles off M6 Junction 12. You can also reach Weston Park via the M6 Toll Road.

Telford – 12 minutes
Wolverhampton – 25 minutes
Stafford – 20 minutes

Disabled Access & Information

Blue badge holders should follow the signs for disabled accessible parking. Each entrance has a disabled accessible car park so please follow the signs in the direction you are travelling. Please do not cross traffic and keep to the event directional signs.

Car Park

Car Parking is Free. Visitors should follow all directional signs for event parking. Please note that event parking is on grass fields. Please follow directions by our event car park team who have been managing this site for many years and know how to manage the ground and parking in any inclement weather conditions.

Toilets

There are toilet blocks around the event, as well as toilets located at the house, premium hospitality and entrance points throughout the event. All toilet blocks are clearly marked by a green flag flying above the toilet block. If in doubt look up!

Carers

Carers can register for free/reduced entry to the event. Carer passes must be applied for in advance. On the day carer passes will be issued at the gate staff discretion. For early enquiries please contact the event team on 01889 221230. For those who qualify for a carer pass will be issued a code for the online ticket facility to download an electronic pass.

Children’s wristbands

On entry to the show please collect a wristband for your child, complete the emergency contact number and attach to your child’s wrist or clothing. Please advise your child that should you get separated to look for a security guard and tell them they are lost. Please show your child a security guard. If you have any questions or queries about this process then please visit the organisers office, where extra child’s wristbands can be collected.

Are dogs allowed at our countryside rocks?

Yes, dogs are welcome on leads. We ask owners to respect the parkland and please clean up after your four-legged friend. Bins are situated in the aisle ways and can be found next to the ‘You Are Here Signs’.

Is there a disabled car park?

Yes, there is a designated disabled car park. It is reserved for disabled blue badge holders only. Please display your blue badge clearly on approach to the car park. Please leave your badge clearly displayed on the dashboard of your vehicle. There are no time restrictions in place. For non-registered blue badge holders, please see forward parking.

Is there forward parking?

Yes, forward parking is a pre-book payable facility. It allows visitors to park closer to the entrance. Please note, front rows will be allocated to registered disabled blue badge holders however forward parking is the next closest parking to the entrance and should be considered for visitors who cannot manage a short walk to the ticket entrance.

Is there a cash point machine?

There is a cash point in the showground, which can be found on your free show map or any ‘You are Here’ sign.

Can I pay by card?

Yes, you can pay by card to enter the show and at most retailers and bars. Please note that a site wide card facility is not implemented as each exhibitor will have their own systems and preferences. For purchases where it is not possible to pay by card, there are cash point machines located on site.

What if my e-ticket doesn’t arrive?

If you do not receive your e-ticket within 24hrs after purchase, please call 01889 221230

What do I do if I get separated from my family?

If you are at the show with family and friends and get separated or lost, please head to the event Organisers Office which is located at… and advise a member of staff. The event team, security and police will be present around the show who will all be pleased to assist you.

For families with children, please collect a wristband on entry to the show and complete your contact details. Should your child get lost please tell them to look for a security guard, a team member wearing… or a police officer. Your child will be taken to the organisers office and the number on the wrist band will be called. We will keep your child at this location until a safe reunion.
